Clare member of Active Retirement Ireland insists the Government must invest now to protect the future generation of older people.
It follows a call from ALONE and Social Justice Ireland for social care, health and housing needs to be met, and for investment in policies to benefit all ages.

It’s projected that by 2040, over 1.3 million people in Ireland will be aged 65 and over, representing more than one-fifth of the population.
