Organisers of the LEADER program in Clare say they belive the body's being used to play politics.

Under planned reforms of local government, the organisation will fall under the control of Clare County Council.
Concern is high that the changes – will damage the effectiveness of its work.
LEADER says 382 people are employed through it in the county.
