A Clare Independent TD has described a motion of confidence in the Justice Minister as “a complete waste of Dáil time”.
The Government looks set to comfortably win the motion later today, which arises out of a Sinn Féin motion of no confidence in Minister Helen McEntee.
Scariff Independent TD, Michael McNamara has confirmed he’ll be voting against the Minister, though the government’s motion is expected to be carried by a surplus of 20 votes.
