Clare Immigrant Support Centre Says Prep Is Underway For Thousands Of Refugees Coming Here

The Clare Immigrant Support Centre says its vital that those who are in direct provision in Ireland aren't forgotten about as preparations are underway for thousands of refugees coming here.

It comes as the Justice Minister says most of the initial 600 refugees Ireland's agreed to shelter will start arriving here shortly after EU ministers signed off on a deal to relocate a total of 40-thousand refugees across Europe.

The organisation's Project Coordinator is congratulating the efforts of Irish people to ensure those coming here will integrate fully into the community.

But Orla Ní Fheilí says its also important that those in direct provision for a nunmber of years have their cases heard
