The Clare Chairman of the IFA is calling for a full review of pay to all staff in 2016.

Members of the executive of the Irish Farmers Association were last night presented with Clare Economist Con Lucey's report on pay which confirmed former General Secretary Pat Smith was paid a salary of around half a million euro.
However, it also found that the pay levels for executives were broadly in line with the civil service.
Andrew Dundas sys a review of pay is needed to restore confidence in the organisation.
