It’s claimed the provision of housing in Clare is developing at a “gentle and rapid pace”.
While Dublin accounts for a quarter of properties currently being built in Ireland, new data from GeoDirectory shows there are now 142 homes under construction in this county.
The report states that the 36% year-on-year rise in the number of new builds nationally is in part necessitated by a low level of vacant homes.
