Clare County Council is reminding people not to leave their rubbish beside the full bottle banks around the county.
People are being urged to make use of their recycling bins at home, as well as the 49 bottle banks and make a conscious effort to reduce the amount of rubbish they’re leaving behind.
Clare County Council’s Environmental Protection Officer Karen Foley says there’s no excuse for not disposing of bottles properly:
