House prices in Munster have grown at their strongest rate in eight years.
A new report from Daft.ie shows a rapid increase in asking prices in the first three months of the year, with the average home in Clare now valued at just under €142,644.

This has increased by nearly 10 per cent in the past year and comes in a report which shows that asking prices in some areas outside of Dublin are growing at a faster rate than in the capital.
