A new report has indicated that growth in the Clare property market is some of the strongest in the country.

The Daft.ie analysis has found a 12.5% year-on-year increase in the asking prices of homes here.
This was only higher in two other counties, namely Meath and Kildare, as the report has found that prices are growing more significantly outside of Dublin than in the capital itself.
