The average price of a home in Clare has again increased by 10% within a year.
Daft.ie’s latest quarterly report shows an almost €11,000 increase in house prices in the county in the last 12 months.
The average price for a home in The Banner county between March and June of this year was €277,365.
This is a 10.1% increase in the costs seen at the same stage last year and 3% more than the €269,151 which was paid on average between January and March of 2025.
While since June 2019, prices have increased by 40% with the average cost of a home €196,817 at that time.
Four bed bungalows saw the greatest increase in asking price over the last year, now fetching an average of €384,000, an increase of €51,000 in 12 months.
While the price of one bed apartments are up 22%and now cost more than €100,000 with €121,000 the price paid between March and June.
Two bed terraces and five bed detached homes increased in cost by 7% and 3% valued at €137,000 and €382,000 respectively.
Three bed semi detached houses saw minimal price increases in comparison, up €5,000 to €187,000.
