The average list price for a three-bedroom semi-detached house in the region in the year to August was €329,000.
Here in Clare, that price stood at €321,000, representing a 9.5% rise on the same time last year.
Meanwhile, a two-bedroom apartment was setting homebuyers back €207,000 — an 11.1% rise year-on-year.
The figures show transaction prices in Munster were 2.7% higher in September than in June.
Compared with the same month a year ago, transaction prices in the region were 6.4% higher, the fastest pace of any region.
