A leading local auctioneer says it’s not clear that house prices here will plummet in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Estate agents will be allowed return to relatively normal operations from Monday, and do so as surveys indicate that most prospective buyers still plan to proceed with getting their hands on a new home.
