The cost of buying a home in Clare has jumped by almost three per cent in less than four months.
New figures from Real Estate Alliance show the average 3 bed semi in Clare will now set you back 175,000 euro.
Nationally the average price stands at almost 222 thousand euro – in Dublin that figure rises to more than 430 thousand.
