The average price of a three-bed semi in Clare is now 170,000 euro – marking a three percent rise in the space of three months.
Figures released by the Real Estate Alliance show that the rate of increase here is higher than in Dublin city, which saw a 2.6 percent jump in the same period.
Meanwhile, 100 new homes were granted planning permission in Clare between January and March of this year.
