Clare House Prices Increase By Twice National Average

Houses prices in Clare are rising at more than twice the national rate of increase.

Figures released by Daft.ie show the average price of a house in this county now stands at 165,000 euro – a nine percent increase on the figure three months ago.

Nationally, the average price of a home rose by 4.3 percent in the same period.

Limerick City saw the biggest year-on-year rise among the major urban centres – a house there costs almost 177,200 euro on average, a rise of over 15 percent on June 2016.
