The average house in Clare will now set you back just under €158,000.
A new survey from Daft.ie has revealed how house prices are up nationwide, including 5.4% per cent here in the Banner County.
However, the rate of growth here is still less than the national average and that prices are a long way short of some of the more expensive areas, with Dublin still the most expensive place to buy at an average price tag of 340-thousand euro.
