Four Clare hotels have been honoured for doing their bit for the environment.
The hotels have all been been acknowledged as Green Accommodation Providers by Discover Ireland

The Armada Hotel, Spanish Point, Dromoland Castle, Hotel Doolin and Oakwood Arms in Shannon are now all listed on a special part of the Discover Ireland website which acknowledges environmentally friendly activities and attractions.
The Green Hospitality Ireland group has welcomed the announcement – their director Maurice Bergin says it’s important that Ireland positions itself to take advantage of the growing demand for environmentally certified accommodation.
