A Clare member of the HSE’s Regional Health Forum West claims health services not being staffed at weekends is “utterly bizarre”.
It comes after HSE CEO Bernard Gloster’s call for staff to volunteer to work this bank holiday weekend to avoid a “dreadful” situation.
