Dr Liam Glynn, a GP in Ballyvaughan and Senior Lecturer in General Practice at NUI Galway, says a new report into the quality of Healthcare in Ireland highlights a serious divide between hospitals and local medical centres.
The new research published by the HSE details mortality rates at hospitals around the country for certain conditions as well as cancer screening levels and the number of vaccinations.
