Clare’s Green Senator is confident the International Community will commit to their agreements at COP 28.
Delegates from 197 nations and the EU have signed a document, pledging to “transition away” from fossil fuels in a bid to limit global warming to 1.5c per annum.
The text is not legally binding though and and stops short of demanding countries to phase out coal, oil and gas.
