A prominent Clare GP is warning that a third wave of COVID-19 is almost inevitable in January.
Ahead of the easing of restrictions next week, the Tánaiste has indicated that a short period of enhanced restrictions could be needed following Christmas celebrations.
But Leo Varadkar says the Government must ensure a third wave isn’t sparked by socialising over the festive period.
