Clare Government TD Says State Has To Move Away From ‘Craggy Island’ Cyber Security Approach

A Clare Government TD is calling on the State to move away from what he says has been a ‘Craggy Island’ approach to cyber security in this country.

It comes as the HSE has has confirmed that the data of around 520 patients has emerged online following its cyber attack.

Here locally, the UL Hospitals Group is still warning patients to expect ‘widespread cancellations’ of hospital appointments again next week across the region.
