A Clare Government TD has defended Enterprise Ireland's record of job creation in the county.

It's emerged that just three per cent of the new jobs created by its client companies last year were in the MidWest.
Figures released by the state agency show an increase of 353 jobs in the mid-west in 2015, which is lower than most other regions in the country, apart from the North-West.
However, Fine Gael TD Joe Carey says Clare has benefitted significantly from Enterprise Ireland's work.
