Clare’s Fianna Fail Senator believes all travel restrictions should be lifted from the 5th of April.
It comes as NPHET begins to examine all available data to decide whether to recommend any easing of restrictions next month, ahead of a full Cabinet decision next Tuesday.

It’s believed the 5 kilometre limit, construction and outdoor and sporting activity are under consideration for being eased, though that has been put into doubt following a stagnation of cases nationally in recent days.
Speaking in the Seanad, Senator Timmy Dooley believes people should be permitted to travel anywhere in Ireland from the 5th of April.
