Tomorrow sees the staging of one of the biggest days in the county’s agriculture calendar.
The 51st Annual Clare Ploughing Championships are being held at a farm at Rallahine, Newmarket on Fergus, and will get underway at 12:00.

The event acts as a qualifier for the national ploughing championships later this year, and sees competitors from throughout the county looking to reach the event which will be held in Wexford in September.
