Clare Gardaí say there was an increase of over 10 per cent in the number of people caught drink driving last year.

208 drink-driving arrests were made last year, up from 188 in 2013.
The trend was also evident in December, when the number of people caught driving over the bloodalcohol limit rose to 21 from 13.
Instances of drug-driving did fall last year, with a total of four throughout 2014.
