Gardaí are appealing for witnesses following a spate of burglaries across the county in the past week.

Four homes were targetted by thieves in Broadford, Killaloe and the Fountain and Tulla Road areas of Ennis between Friday, January 15th and yesterday morning.
A number of items were taken including cash, jewellery and a ladies handbag.
Arrests were made following two of the incidents and Crime Prevention Officer Sergeant Joe Downey says a speedy reaction by members of the public can bring many of these incidents to a conclusion.
