Over 350 volunteers and dignitaries including Minister Michael Ring attended the function in Mullingar.
Quin/Clooney were crowned best developed area in Munster and Kilmihil received an award for best Small Area in Clare.
While, Geraldine Troy and Ciara Harvey from Carrigaholt/ Cross received awards for best adult and youth volunteers in the County.
