Clare Drivers Urged To Slow Down As Weather Warning Continues

Drivers across Clare are being urged to exercise caution this morning as wet and windy conditions continue.

Another status yellow thunderstorm and rain warning will impact most of the country again today.

The warning for North Munster, Connacht, Ulster and North Leinster will come into effect at 9am this morning and will remain in place for 24 hours.

Longer spells of rain over Clare, Kerry, Limerick and Tipperary have increased the risk of flooding.

Superintendent Brendan McDonagh of Ennis Garda Station is urging drivers to exercise caution this morning.
