A driver has been caught travelling more than twenty kilometres over the speed limit in a built up area in Clare this morning.
Gardaí are cracking down on speeding across the county today, as part of ‘National Slow Down Day’, which is in operation until 7am tomorrow morning.
Figures show that driving too fast is a contributory factor in around one third of crashes where people have died.
