A Clare disability activist is calling on leaders in disability community to speak up about challenges facing them.
It comes as Inclusion Ireland’s recent budget submission calls for housing challenges for people with intellectual disabilities to be addressed.

In a survey completed by the organisation, 72% of people with intellectual disabilities said that they were living with their family and 40% of these individuals wanted to move out.
Author and Clare Leader Forum member, Dermot Hayes, says people with disabilities have been neglected in previous budgets.
