Clare Developer Bernard McNamara is to take a court case against the Dublin Docklands Development Authority over a property deal that fell through.
The case relates to the 24 acre Irish Glass Bottle site in Ringsend in Dublin which was bought for 412 million euro but is now worth just 60 million

The Lisdoonvarna native and former Clare County Councillor is claiming that the DDDA failed to fulfil its obligations to jointly develop the site
The case is before the Commercial Court in Dublin on Monday
