It’s 11 weeks since Darragh O’ Brien visited this county and promised a decision for impacted homeowners on the local authority’s application to the scheme imminently.

It’s understood the Department of Housing has sought a number of ‘clarifications’ regarding this county’s application from Clare County Council.
Responding to questioning from Clare Fine Gael TD Joe Carey in the Dail, Minister O’ Brien expects these issues to be resolved quickly.
