Clare Crusaders Say Cancellation Of First Fundraiser In Six Months Is A ‘Blow’

Clare Crusaders say the cancellation of the first fundraiser in nearly six months has come as a blow to the clinic.

The facility provides free therapy and specialist treatment to over 450 children with special needs in County Clare.

It’s been closed since March, as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, but is re-opening its doors on Monday.

The Clinic has been forced to cancel a planned tractor run this weekend on Garda advice following new public health guidelines but they are continuing to fundriase.

Manager Ann Norton says they are relying on the support of the people of Clare.
