“Hundreds Of Deer” Posing Danger To Motorists In Tulla

Clare’s County Dog Warden is warning that hundreds of deer are creating a huge hazard to motorists in East Clare.

A section of the R462 road from Tulla to Gort, near Knockjames Church, has been described as ‘very dangerous’ due to large flocks of deer crossing at night time.

Motorists are being advised to dim their lights on approach so as not to dazzle the animals.
