Motor Tax Services In Clare In For A Shake Up

The way in which motorists in the North Clare area are able to tax their vehicles is changing.

Clare County Council has announced that from March 16th, an online renewals service will be delivered from its Ennistymon office.

This is due to the rise in the number of people opting to pay for their motor tax online – a figure that stands at 73% in this county – though over the counter discs will still be available for purchase at the Ennis office.

Those renewing online are being advised that their new tax discs will be posted within four days of being ordered.
