Clare County Council’s to begin salting some of this county’s key roads this evening as the first cold snap of the winter gets underway.
Temperatures won’t get above four degrees across Clare today, with widespread sharp frost expected across the county tonight.
A status yellow low temperature and ice warning is in place for this county from tomorrow evening.
