Clare County Council is being encouraged to participate an initiative which would see closer collaboration between private businesses and public bodies.

Enterprise Ireland is to provide a 1 million euro fund which will facilitate companies and the public sector working together to improve services offered to people.
It's also hoped such collaborations will improve efficiency and lead to greater value for money within these bodies.
The programme has been launched by Clare's Junior Minister Pat Breen, who says there have already been a number of successful pilot projects.
