The Clare branch of Comhaltas Ceoltoiri Eireann is being told it will have Council support if it looks to secure the Fleadh for Ennis.

The group has been called upon to mount a major campaign to secure the 2016 version of the event which hasn't been held here in around forty years.
In March, campaigners said they're hopeful of success, despite a number of unsuccessful bids over the past few years.
Ennis Fianna Fáil Councillor Pat Daly says Councillors can help in these efforts.
