Clare County Council has been allocated over 78,000 euro in Government funding for Autism Aware Clare.
The project is one of 39 chosen across 31 local authorities to receive funding under the 2021 Disability Participation and Awareness Fund.
Confirming the funding, Clare’s Fianna Fáil TD Cathal Crowe says projects like this are vital to ensure effective inclusion and participation in society for people with disabilities.

It follows on from an Autism Cúl Camp held last summer in Clare, just the third county in the country to hold such an event.
