Clare Councillor Backs Calls For Versatis Pain Relief Patches To Be Reintroduced

A Shannon Councillor is urging the Health Minister to help 25,000 people around Ireland living with chronic conditions suffer with less pain.

Sinn Féin’s Mike McKee is calling for the reinstatement of funding for Versatis pain relief patches which, until the end of last year, were provided by the HSE for a variety of conditions.

Now, they’re being restricted to those with post-shingles pain and it’s led to widespread calls for the funding to be restored.
