Twenty boarded-up Council homes around Clare are to be refurbished and turned into family homes.

The county has received €400,000 from a €15 million nationwide scheme.
Works will be carried out over the coming months, with the properties located throughout Clare in Ennis, Shannon, Killaloe, Clarecastle, Moyasta, Kilrush, Cross and Whitegate.
