Clare could find itself back in Munster for MEP Elections

County Clare Could face another boundary move in terms of European Parliament Representation.

Europe’s Constitutional Affairs Committee has voted to reduce Ireland’s number of seats in the parliament, and constituencies may have to be re-drawn to implement these cuts.

Clare was formerly in the Munster Constituency, before being attached to Ireland North and West which saw extra counties added on at the last elections.
