Clare Company CEO Believes Remote Working Leads To Success

The CEO of a Clare HR Software Company is confident that remote working can continue to prosper into the future, once communication between employers and employees is maintained.

It follows the publication of the 2021 Matrix Recruitment Workplace Equality Survey, which found that more than 53% of workers are worried that working remotely post-pandemic will create workplace inequality.

38% of those surveyed said they’re concerned about pay cuts and 60% are worried that it could impact their career progression.
