Ibrahim Halawa has been in custody for over two years since he was arrested during a protest in Cairo.

His trial has since been postponed on nine separate occasions, and he is next due in court in December.

A meeting of the local authority heard a presentation from Ibrahim's family, including his sister Somaia (Sum-aya) who says her brother is living under very difficult circumstances.
