An Ennis Councillor believes that Clare is “way behind other counties” when it comes to climate change.
The local authority is being called on to prepare an updated climate change and green house gas emmissions strategy to meet climate obligations.
Clare County Council insists their plan to tackle the issue is sufficient but Councillor Johnny Flynn say he is “not confident” the strategy is effective.
