Carers throughout Clare have been named runners up in a national poetry competition.
Tracy King Kinlan from Caherush, Quilty and Barbara Roche from Glenina, Ennis were among those who just missed out on the top prize in the second annual Caring for Carers Ireland poetry competition.

The prize winners were announced during the Ennis Book Club Festival this past weekend.
