The Clare branch of the Irish Red Cross is set to undertake a parachute jump to help raise funds for the organisation.
Four of the branches members- Helen Nagle , James Lafferty, Jennifer Haugh and Denis Murphy – will take the leap on the 7th of September.

An iDonate page has been set up alongside the delivery of 119 donation letters to businesses throughout Clare, with hopes high that the goal of €20,000 will be surpassed.
James Lafferty, who is Honourary Treasurer of the Clare branch, says funding is vital as the branch can’t currently support the volume of calls it’s receiving.
