It’s claimed that Clare beach goers are putting their lives at risk by not heeding water safety advice.
Clare’s Water Safety Development Officer is speaking as new figures show Clare had the highest number of rescues this Summer, with the 50 life-saving interventions in this County accounting for over a quarter of all rescues in Ireland.
