Clare Based ICSA General Secretary Calling For Straightforward Farm Schemes

The Clare based General Secretary of the Irish Cattle and Sheep Farmers Association is calling for straightforward farm schemes next year.

Over €700 million has been committed in funding for Agri-environment initiatives in this years budget.

Thousands of Irish farmers, however, were frustrated earlier this month as some payments from the ACRES scheme were delayed until February 2024.
